Member, graduate, Community moderator
Whaaat? How time flies! Awesome year 🙂
I had a lot of fun. First year I was regular member and finished the program, second year I learnt so much that I knew how much I do not know but kinda feel like a graduate 😀 In the third year, now 2016, I became Community Moderator in b2B forum, I finished bunch of Muscle and Health issues / phases, made some gains, learnt ton of new stuff, reached quite a few personal goals (not gym related), finally learned how to maintain my weight! No kidding.
I will take time off now due to lower back injury. Not from gym, I have a good form there! I moved wrong at home. Lesson learned, warm up first 😀 So I will go back in gym starting in February. I have physio rehab until then. January will be swimming and sort of pilates, yoga stuff 🙂
The part I love the most is how active I am and it finally feels normal 🙂 This is all my “sport” this entire year …
FOOD n HEALTH
I mean no more calories tracking, I got rid of my eating disorder “thing” (problem), super happy about that. And no more depressions for the first time in my life! Just awesome 🙂 I mean tracking is good but to a certain point but to be obsessed with it, no good. Actually ever since I stopped tracking I am able to maintain weight or gain at steady pace if I want to …
… now on Dec 24, I have 80 kg / 176 lbs so I am like: “No gains above 80 kg this year … well … it is ok” 🙂 I am pretty happy with the way I look and my overall health because I had 70 kg / 154 lbs on January 1st this year 🙂
Eventually what I see is that my weight goes up gradually so that is cool!
Since my last serious run in gym I was relaxing, doing random exercises, going to gym with a girl, so taking it easy. Unless you do Glute Bridge! That ain’t easy 😀
I am officially biggest and strongest I have ever been ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ
I made new gains since lastudpate in November 🙂 So yeah, this year was success for me 🙂
I mean so many new PRs in the gym! Some new exercises, some actual new PR 🙂
THE PLAN FOR 2017
Be healthy, be happy, lift heavy and safely, make some gains. Dunno, 3 to 5 kg would be nice, eventually.
I bought new poster, said: “Bye, bye Superman” and now Green Arrow is my new motivation.
As for lifting, simple goals, gain enough weight to get my arms to 14″ by end of 2017 and manage to get strong enough for:
- Bench: 1 plate (yeah I know)
- Squat: 2 plate
- Deadlift: 3 plate
… as for the rest, pretty happy with maintenance routine.
= = =
So yeah, that is it … over and out 😉
